Celebrating our 10 year anniversary!

This is the 10 year anniversary of Inner Strength Martial Arts. 2009-2019. I'm honored to have had my most loyal student Nick Myer by my side all these years. Yesterday i was honored with Master Marcus Aurelio to promote Nick Myer to Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is a great family man, great father, great friend, great student, and amazing representative of the martial arts.
