Our kid's class had students putting their skills to the test with sparring.
Our Kickboxing class had students pouring everything they had and then some with some intense conditioning and drill's. You may have even seen our first Facebook live post! (I promise we will get better at those!)
Wrapping up the night Coach Nick Myer taught some incredible moves that were complete game changers in self defense & in the cage for our fighter's!
We still have a few spots left that are open to the public for ages 5 and up in our Self defense seminar and for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students at all martial art schools.
