  • Our mission at Inner Strength Martial Arts Boxing Academy is to provide youth and adults a safe, clean, positive and motivating training environment.

  • We use boxing and fitness as an avenue to teach our members lifelong health, respect, and how to be a positive contribution to society.

  • We teach Boxing as a form of self-defense, a form of competition if one so chooses (not mandatory or required), promote fitness, and a martial art that brings people together as a family.

  • We offer classes for everyone at every level of fitness and experience!

  • We have equipment on hand for new members to use, but encourage continuing members to purchase their own.
