  • This Martial Arts program is for children 3.5 years of age and up focusing on self-defense, life lesson skills, and appropriate conversations.

  • Every student participates in technique courses, sparring courses, and self-defense courses. Each student can progress through the belt ranking system up to a Second Degree Black Belt.

  • At Inner Strength Martial Arts we focus on both the mental and physical aspects of the martial arts.

  • Each class session involves

    • a light warm-up stretch

    •  25 minutes of focused martial arts training

    •  a 5 minute dodge ball game. That the adults and other classes love to join and have fun with the kids.

    • We focus on the importance of family, good grades, self-defense, and fun.

    • This program is important in helping children learn important life skills to help them for a better future.

  • It is important that parents, teachers and professor Robert are all working as a team to promote positive habits in everyday life.
